Rspl Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No-E/5 in Site-5 of the Kasna Industrial Area. It’s a big industrial zone. Lots of factories and warehouses around us. The roads are wide but they have a lot of potholes from the heavy trucks. Our plot is just another one in the row. We have a gate and a small guard hut. Inside, it’s mostly open space for the work we do. We have some office rooms toward the front. They are plain with white walls and some fluorescent lights. It’s not a place for tourists. It’s a place where things get made or handled. We have a lot of people coming and going during shift changes. The air always smells a bit like metal or exhaust from the area. We have a canteen where we sit and eat lunch together. The food is simple, usually just dal and rice. We don't have any awards on the wall or fancy certificates in frames. We just have our schedules and charts. It’s a busy life in Kasna. You get used to the hum of the machines in the background. It becomes like silence after a while. We aren't the biggest company in Site-5 but we are here every day. We keep the machines running and the paperwork moving. It’s just a standard industrial setup. We have been here since they first opened up this section of the site. It is noisy and dusty but we have made it our own over the years.
