Being out here in Site B of the Surajpur Industrial Area means we are right in the thick of the Greater Noida industrial belt. Our address is B 15, and we’ve seen this whole area change a lot over the years. When we first got here, things were much quieter, but now it’s a constant stream of trucks and people. Gautam Budh Nagar is a big place, but this little corner is where we spend all our time. The building itself is a practical setup. We have the space we need for the polymers and the machinery. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of batches. We aren’t really into the whole big company vibe. We prefer just talking to people directly and getting the job done. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting around talking about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. The Surajpur area can be dusty and the roads are often under repair, but it’s where the work is. We make sure the gates are open early and we stay until the last task is finished. It’s a simple way of living. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big front desk. Just a sign on the door and people who know their way around the shop floor. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit.
