We are right there on the Main Road in Kasna, just across from the Punjab National Bank. If you are standing at the bank, you can’t miss us. Greater Noida is growing fast, but this corner feels like the same old neighborhood we’ve always known. The clinic is a straightforward place. We open up the shutters every morning and start by tidying up the desk. There’s usually a bit of dust because of the road construction nearby, so wiping things down is part of the morning ritual. We don’t have a big corporate office feel. It’s just a room where the doctor sits and a small space for people to wait. We keep the files in some old metal cabinets that have been with us since the start. The chairs in the waiting area are the sturdy kind. Sometimes, when the bank is busy, people park their bikes near our door and we have to ask them to move. It’s a small place, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We talk to our neighbors and the shopkeepers around here. It feels like a small community even though Noida is huge. We just handle the daily stuff, one person at a time. No big speeches or complicated systems. Just a clinic on the main road where we do our job and go home at night.
