Pal Associates

Pal Associates is located at G-10 in Sector 5. We are right by the Subzi Mandi in Ram Market. It’s a very active spot, as you can imagine. There is always the sound of the market and people buying vegetables nearby. We work from this office handling property deals in the Sector 5 area. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't sit behind big mahogany desks. It’s more about being out there and talking to the shopkeepers and residents. Ram Market is the heart of the area, so we get to hear all the news first. We help people find rentals or buy small plots. Sometimes we deal with commercial spaces in the market too. The office is small and usually has a couple of people waiting for a meeting. We try to keep things honest and simple. There is no need for big speeches here. We just show the property and let the person decide. Over the years, we’ve seen Sector 5 grow and change quite a bit. New buildings go up and old ones get renovated. We keep our records updated as best as we can. Being near the Subzi Mandi means we never have a quiet morning.
