We are M S P R Mehra Co Chartered Accountants, and our office is located at 238 Harmukh Puri in Modi Nagar. That’s in the Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh, 201201. Modi Nagar has its own rhythm, and being based here in Harmukh Puri feels like being in a proper community. Our office is part of the local scenery now. We deal with a lot of numbers every single day, which means our desks are usually buried under piles of receipts, invoices, and bank statements. It’s a small team of us here, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. We open the doors early and usually stay until the work is finished, especially during the audit seasons. The building isn't anything fancy, just a solid brick structure that keeps the sun out. We have a few cupboards for the old records and a big table where we can spread out the larger documents. People from around the area know the Mehra name and they come to us when they have a question about their taxes or their business accounts. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to them; we just explain things as they are. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s served us well over the years we’ve been here. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep the books in order.
