Being based in Sahibabad means we deal with a lot of different things every day. It’s an industrial and residential mix around here, so there is always noise and movement outside the window. We started this because we knew the area and saw how much people needed help with the local formalities. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get the work done without much fuss. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't really change how the work gets handled. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who live just a few streets away. It can get dusty during the summer months, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way of running a business. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people. We just listen to what they need and see if we can help them out with their paperwork or whatever else they are looking for in Sahibabad. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Usually, we grab some lunch from the small place around the corner. People know us by name around here, and that is enough for us.
