We are situated out in Greater Noida, not too far from Pari Chowk. Kailash Institute Of Naturopathy Ayurveda & Yoga has its home in Knowledge Park 1, which is a bit quieter than the main parts of Delhi. It’s an institutional area, so you see a lot of students and people looking for a bit of peace. Our building, number 23, is where everything happens. We have people coming in for different reasons, whether it’s to learn about Ayurveda or just to get away from the city noise for a bit of yoga. It’s not a five-star resort or anything like that; it’s a place for learning and practical health. The rooms are simple, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't really go for the high-pressure marketing you see with some modern wellness centers. Most of the staff here have been around for years and they just enjoy what they do. You’ll often find us sitting out in the common areas or talking to visitors about the plants we have growing around the property. Being near Pari Chowk makes it easy for people to find us, even if the drive out from the city can be a bit long sometimes. We just try to keep things honest and grounded in traditional ways without adding too much fluff or unnecessary complications to the process. It is just a place for those who want to learn.
