Because it’s a villa, the atmosphere is a little different than a cold, sterile hospital. It feels more like a house. We have converted the rooms into consultation areas and treatment spaces. People come here for serious matters, so we try to keep the place calm. There is a small garden area outside which is nice. We spend our days talking to patients and managing their records. Sector 135 is still growing, so there is a lot of construction around, but our little corner remains relatively peaceful. We don't have a big reception staff or a fancy waiting hall. It’s just us doing the work. Most people find us through referrals or because they live in the nearby Noida sectors. We are right in the middle of the residential area, which makes it convenient for many families. We just focus on the medical side of things.
