Y And K Buildcon Llp is run by the family, specifically we are the sons of the late Bhakau Sharma. We are based out of Ward No.05 in Achanakpur, which is part of the Chakrabhata Champ area. Our office is a simple place where we carry on the work our father taught us about. We focus on construction and building projects. We don't have a lot of employees, just a dedicated group that knows how to handle a shovel and a level. Being in Achanakpur means we are right in the middle of a very active area. There’s always someone needing something built or fixed. We don't use any of those polished marketing phrases you hear from the big companies in the city. We just talk to you like a person. If a job is going to take a month, we tell you it’ll take a month. We don't make promises we can't keep just to get a contract. The office is small and usually smells like old paper and tea, but it’s where all the decisions happen. We feel a responsibility to the name of Bhakau Sharma to do things the right way. It’s about being fair and working hard every day. We don't need a lot of praise, just the satisfaction of seeing a project finished. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business for everyone involved. We are glad to be here in Ward No.05.
