Our branch is tucked away in Sita Badi, specifically in the Choudhary Mohalla area of Sawan village. Even though our official name is Metso Mineral India Pvt. Ltd. Bawal Haryana, this particular spot is right here in the Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh. It’s a bit different from the big city offices. Here, things move at a slightly different pace, which we actually prefer. We work with mineral processing equipment and help out the local mining operations around the district. The building is simple, located right in the village where everyone knows everyone else. We have a few locals on the team who help keep things running smoothly. Most of our day involves checking on parts and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. It can get quite hot out here during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that; we just rely on being reliable so people keep coming back. Sometimes a farmer or a local contractor will stop by just to chat or ask about a piece of hardware. We don't mind. It's part of being in a place like Sawan. We've been here for a bit now and feel like part of the neighborhood. The work is steady and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do right by the people who rely on us.
