Mahadev Foods

Our place, Mahadev Foods, is situated right opposite P.D. Company on Bastar Road. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of dust and the sound of horns honking from the trucks passing by. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready and moving crates around. The building is simple and practical, designed more for moving goods than for looking nice. We do not have any big corporate decorations, just the essential equipment and the space we need to handle the food items. The air inside usually smells like whatever we are processing that day, which is something we have all grown very used to. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from the center of town, but being on Bastar Road makes it easier for the deliveries to get in and out without getting stuck in the smaller city lanes. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing, so things move along at a steady pace most of the time. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to sit outside and watch the traffic. It is a straightforward business and we do not try to make it seem like anything more than what it is. We are just here every day, making sure the orders are filled and the floor is swept before we head home.
