Our place is located on Phed Colony Road, over in the Sahizana area of Garhwa. If you are familiar with this part of Jharkhand, you know it is a quiet but growing spot. We handle the local distribution for Usha Martin products here. It's a basic setup, really. Just a warehouse and a small front desk where we handle the paperwork. The road outside can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, but trucks manage to get in and out okay. We spend our days tracking orders and making sure the wire ropes are stacked properly so we can find things fast. Usually, it is just a few of us working here. We know most of the people who come in by their first names because Garhwa isn't that huge. We aren't trying to be anything special. We just provide the materials needed for the local projects. Sometimes the electricity goes out, which is common here, so we just wait it out or use the manual logs. It’s just how things work in a place like this. We don’t have a big sign or flashy lights. If you need something for a winch or a crane, you just walk in and ask. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. It’s a simple operation and that is how we like it. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry about being fancy.
