Our site is out in Bishunpur, which is under the Navada post office in Garhwa. Being in this part of Jharkhand means we deal with a lot of different projects, mostly stuff that needs a lot of tools and planning. Engineering is a lot of hard work, and we spend most of our time out on the field or looking at technical drawings in the office. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit and tie every day. There’s usually some dirt on the boots. We’ve been operating in the district for some time now. People around here know where we are located. We don't have a big marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We just take on the jobs that come our way and try to finish them on time. Some projects are bigger than others, but they all take the same amount of effort to get right. It can get pretty quiet out here in Garhwa compared to the big cities, but there is always plenty to do. We keep our machinery maintained and our staff busy. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go in for much fluff. If a bridge needs looking at or a structure needs building, that’s where you’ll find us working. It's just a group of people doing engineering work in a rural area, making sure things are built to last. We just get on with it and hope the weather stays good.
