Medidust Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is based out of Sahijana Muhalla in Garhwa. Our office is linked to the home of Deoki Devi and Purshottam Prasad. It is a local residence that we have converted to fit our business needs. Garhwa is the kind of place where almost everyone knows everyone else. Being in Sahijana Muhalla means we are right in the thick of things. It is not a corporate business park or a big glass building. It is a real house with a real history behind it. We handle medicine supplies for the local area and it keeps us pretty busy from Monday through Saturday. The mornings are usually spent checking all the inventory against the lists. We have to be very careful with the storage because of how hot it gets in Jharkhand. We have set up several cooling fans and we keep the curtains drawn during the middle of the day. It is a small operation for sure. Most of us are from right around here. We talk in the local dialect and do not worry too much about being formal. If a customer comes by, we usually sit them down and talk face to face. We do not have a computerized system for queues or anything like that. Just a simple notebook and a blue pen. It works fine for us. The post office is nearby, which is handy for our mail. We like it here.
