Manglam Graphics

Our little spot is in Dipwan, right near the police station. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the station is. We do graphics work here, which mostly means sitting in front of screens for long hours and trying to get the colors to look right on paper. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a door and a window with some old samples taped up. Inside, it’s mostly computers and a couple of printers that hum all day. We get a lot of people from the village and nearby areas coming in for wedding cards or local notices. It’s funny because being so close to the police station, we never have to worry much about security. The tea stall next door is where I spend most of my breaks. Sometimes the work piles up and the desk gets buried under scraps of paper and notes. We try to keep a casual atmosphere. If you come in, you might find us arguing about a design or just listening to the radio. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us working through the daily list. Dipwan is a quiet enough place but we stay busy. We’ve been at this for a few years now and most people know us by name. We just try to get the work finished before the sun goes down and the flies get too bad.
