Koylanchal Construction Private Limited is located on Station Road in Sonpurwa, Garhwa. Being so close to the station, it’s always a bit loud with all the people and trains passing by, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We’ve been based here for a while now and handle construction jobs throughout the Garhwa area. Our office is a simple place, mostly just a spot to handle the paperwork and keep our tools. We don’t have a big corporate setup. Most of our day is spent at various sites, talking to the workers or making sure the supplies have arrived. It’s not always an easy job. There are plenty of days when something goes wrong, like a truck getting stuck or the weather making it impossible to work. We just take those things as they come. We don’t use any fancy marketing language to try and sell ourselves. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to get it done. It’s a very practical way of working. We know the local area and the people who live here, which helps a lot. We don’t make big promises, we just focus on the task at hand. Construction is a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing around, but it keeps us busy and we’ve been doing it for a long time. It’s hard work but someone has to do it.
