Our spot is over in Bishunpur, right across from the SBI branch in Garhwa district. Most people around here know it as Lalpari Devi’s place, and she's been kind enough to let us run Jsid Agro Private Limited from here. Being in a place like Jharkhand, especially in Garhwa, you get to know your neighbors pretty well. We aren't some big city firm with fancy suits. It is just a few of us working in the agro sector, trying to keep things moving. The office is pretty basic, honestly. It’s just a room with some old desks and a lot of registers. We spend most of our time dealing with local farming needs and chatting with the people who stop by. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, but that’s just part of being near the main path. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on what needs to be done each day. Whether it's seeds or helping someone with paperwork, we just do it. The 822114 area is home to us, and we like being right here in the middle of it. It’s a lot of work and sometimes the power goes out, making things a bit slow, but we manage. If you’re ever near the bank and see some people hauling bags or looking over ledgers, that’s probably us. We’re just regular folks doing our bit in the agriculture business.
