Being based in Ramgarh on Nehru Road means we hear the school bell from the Girls High School pretty much every day. We are located inside the Sharma Complex, which is a familiar building for most people around here. Channel 24Tv isn’t a massive corporate setup; it’s more of a local hub where we manage the feeds and the daily broadcasts. The office can get a bit cluttered with cables, old tapes, and technical equipment, but we know where everything is tucked away. It’s a bit of a walk up the street from the main junction, but it’s a central location for us. We see the same faces walking by every morning, mostly parents dropping kids off. Our team is small, just a few people who live nearby and don't like long commutes. We don't have a big reception desk or a shiny sign. People just knock on the door if they need us. Working on Nehru Road has its perks, like being close to the local tea stalls where we grab a drink in the afternoons. Usually, we are just busy checking the monitors or making sure the signals are clear for the evening shows. It gets pretty quiet in the evenings once the school kids have all gone home and the street lights come on. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule.
