Rai Auto

Rai Auto is located right on Jalandhar Road, near the Anandpur Sahib Chowk in Garhshankar. If you have ever driven through this area, you know how much dust and noise there is from all the trucks and long-distance buses passing by. Our shop is right in the middle of that action. We keep a large stock of auto parts on our shelves, and they always seem to need a good wipe down because of the road grime. It is a very simple setup with a counter in the front and tools scattered in the back where we do some of the mechanical work. We don't use any fancy computer systems to track everything; we mostly rely on what we know and the catalogs we keep on the desk. The winter months here can be quite chilly, so we often have a small heater running and a pot of tea always ready for anyone who drops in. We see a lot of regular drivers who stop by every time they are on this route. Sometimes they just want to chat for a bit or ask about the road conditions ahead. We don't do any big marketing or have any glossy brochures. We just open our doors every morning and wait to see who needs help with their vehicle. It is a rough and ready kind of place, and we are fine with that because it is what our customers expect from us.
