SPECADI RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of the fourth floor of the Spectrum Center. It is right on the Old Bus Stand Road here in Berhampur. Being in this part of Ganjam means we see a lot of the town's daily traffic. It’s a busy spot, honestly. We have been working out of this office for a bit now. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but mostly it is fine. People know the Spectrum Center well enough around here. It’s easy to find if you are coming from the bus stand. We deal with resort stuff, obviously, given the name Specadi Resorts Private Limited. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The staff here is small. We mostly just focus on getting things done without making a big fuss about it. Orissa can get quite hot in the summers, so the office air conditioning is a lifesaver. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up on the desks. That's just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't trying to be some huge fancy corporation. We are just local people working in the hospitality sector. If you walk past the old bus stand, you’ll likely see our building. It’s a solid place to work from. We’ve got a view of the street from the fourth floor. It helps us stay connected to what is happening in the city. There is always something going on downstairs. We like being part of the local landscape.
