Sobha Developers Ltd

We are located on 5th Lane in Prem Nagar, over in Berhampur. B.K.S. Subudhi’s son is the one in charge of this branch for Sobha Developers Ltd. Ganjam is a busy district, and Berhampur has a lot going on all the time. Our office is right there in the middle of it. It’s a standard setup, nothing too special to look at. We spend most of our time dealing with the local building projects and the guys working on them. It’s 760002 for anyone trying to mail us something. The lane gets a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a problem, but we make do. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks. Some mornings are slow, mostly just filing papers and answering the phone. Other days, it’s a mad rush to get materials to the site. We’ve been part of the neighborhood for a bit. It’s a decent place to work. We aren't here to make big promises. We just build things and try to keep the quality okay. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up. It’s just part of the life here in Orissa. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us. It’s a community thing. It’s not always glamorous, but we like the work we do. Most people know where the Subudhi family is based, so they just stop by if they have questions.
