Simplex Infrastructures Ltd

Our place is in Jakara village, coming through the Bamakoi route in the Ganjam district. It is a quiet area of Orissa where everyone mostly knows what everyone else is doing. At Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, we use this location to manage the local projects we have going on. The house we work out of isn't a typical office building. It’s a practical space where we can sit down and go over the plans for the day. There is usually dust on the windows and boots by the door because of all the site visits we do. Building things in this part of the country means you have to be ready for the heat and the occasional heavy rain that turns the roads into mud. We have a small crew and we all pitch in where needed. Some days are spent entirely on the phone trying to track down a parts delivery, while other days we are out measuring things in the field. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the work in front of us. It can be tiring, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a road or a bridge actually get finished. We keep things simple and try to be fair with everyone we work with. It's just how we do things out here in Jakara.
