Sairam Traders

We are located in Ward No- 9 in Berhampur, right near the Vishnu Mandir. It’s a good spot because the temple brings a lot of people by and it feels like a nice community. Sairam Traders is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of buying and selling of different goods. It’s mostly just us here at the shop dealing with whatever comes in that day. The mornings are usually spent unloading stuff and getting it ready for the customers. Since we are near the temple, you can always hear the bells and the people praying, which is a nice sound to work to. It’s a bit crowded in this part of Berhampur but we like it that way. You get to meet all sorts of people who are just passing through or living nearby. We don't have a big corporate way of doing things, we just talk to people and figure out what they need. Some days the business is slow and we just sit outside and watch the street, but other times we don't even have a minute to eat lunch. My brother helps me with the accounts and the heavy lifting. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are all friendly. It is just a regular trading business, nothing too complicated. We try to keep things honest and just do our work. If you are near Vishnu Mandir, you’ll find us easily. It's just a part of the daily life around here.
