S S Spices

If you find yourself near Tulsi Palli in Ganjam Bhanjanagar, that is where you will find our little setup. We have been working out of this spot for a while, dealing with all sorts of spices that come through the region. It is not a quiet place, especially when the trucks are unloading or when we are sorting through the latest batch of goods from the farms. We mostly spend our time checking the quality of what arrives at our door to make sure it is dry. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit difficult, but we manage to keep the stock covered and clean. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job well every day. My staff and I know most of the regular people who come by to buy from us. It is a local operation, so we handle everything from the heavy lifting to the paperwork ourselves. There is a lot of dust and noise from the bags being moved around, but that is just part of working with spices in a busy area like Bhanjanagar. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do because it is pretty straightforward. We get the spices, we make sure they are okay, and then we get them where they need to go. It is a lot of manual labor and standing around in the heat, but it keeps us busy. We are just a group of people trying to run a decent business.
