So, this is the Rohit Ferro Tech Ltd site that people usually associate with Bishnupur, but we are actually over at Kumpapada in the Ganjam district of Orissa. It’s a bit of a long name to say. We are near the post office there, pin 761121. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy to look at. We spend most of our time out in the yard or dealing with the machines. It gets quite humid here, but we are used to it by now. The team is small and we all know each other well. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just work with the alloys and make sure things get loaded onto the trucks correctly. There are a lot of local guys working here. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years. We keep to ourselves mostly and focus on the tasks at hand. You won’t see any flashy billboards for us. We just rely on the work we’ve been doing. It’s a regular industrial job.
