Down here in Ranigram, things move at their own pace. Gobinda Behera set up this construction company because Purushottampur needed more folks to handle building work. We aren't a giant corporation from the city. We are just local people working in Ganjam. You can find us at Gobinda’s place if you need to talk about a project. Construction is messy. There's always mud or dust on our boots. We spend most of our time out in the sun, making sure the walls are straight. It’s honest work. Sometimes we run into issues with the terrain or the rains, but we figure it out. We’ve been through a lot of projects since we started. Each one is different. Some take a few weeks, others drag on for months. That’s just the nature of building things. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. If you walk by our office in 761018, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking at site plans. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We care about the houses we build because we live here too. Ganjam is home, and we want to do a decent job for our neighbors. It isn't always perfect, but we try our best to stay on schedule. Most people around Purushottampur know who we are by now. We’re just regular workers trying to earn a living and help the town grow. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy.
