Pal Brothers

Pal Brothers is tucked away on Vinoba Marg in Aska. If you know where the Ashoka Cinema Hall is, then you are pretty much there, because we are right near it. It is a good spot to be, especially when there is a big movie playing and the whole street gets crowded with people. We have been running this place together for a while now. It is just a local business where we handle things our own way. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements. We just show up every morning on Vinoba Marg and get the doors open. The area around the cinema hall has its own rhythm, and we have become a part of that over the years. Some days are just spent cleaning up or arranging the stock while we talk to the neighbors. It is a very ordinary way to make a living, but it suits us. We have seen the town of Aska change a bit, but our little corner remains mostly the same. We don't use any fancy technology to run things; we prefer the old-fashioned way of doing business face-to-face. It is about being reliable and being there when people expect us to be. We just keep things simple and try to stay busy without making too much of a fuss about it. We are just the brothers doing our work.
