Nist Incubation Foundation

We are located up at Pallur Hills in Berhampur. Being in Institute Park means there’s always a lot of activity around here, mostly students and people working on different projects. The view from the hills is actually quite nice, though we don't spend much time looking out the windows. Ganjam has its own heat, so the fans are always going in our office. Nist Incubation Foundation is basically a spot where people come when they have an idea and need a bit of space to figure it out. We have some desks, a few old computers, and plenty of notebooks lying around. It’s not always organized, but things get done. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sorting through mail or talking on the phone. The drive up here can be a bit winding, but it’s a quiet change from the main city traffic. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve seen a lot of faces come and go. People stop by to ask for advice or use the internet when theirs is down. We don’t mind. It’s a good community to be part of. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Berhampur, just a reliable one. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and we all just walk down the road to get something. It’s a practical setup. We just do our work and hope it helps someone out.
