M/S Central Electricity

Prasanta Kumar Dash is the one who keeps things running here at M/S Central Electricity. We are located at G3/27 in Godabarish Nagar. It is on the 3rd Line. This part of Orissa, in the Ganjam district, has a very specific feel to it. The pin code is 760001 if you are looking for us. We have been in this spot for quite some time now. Godabarish Nagar is a residential sort of area, so it’s usually quiet during the day until the kids come home from school. Our office is not anything special to look at from the outside. It is just a regular building where we handle all the electricity-related matters that come our way. Prasanta is usually busy with paperwork or out in the field. Ganjam can get quite hot in the summer months, so we spend a lot of time just trying to stay cool while we work. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team of us doing what needs to be done. Sometimes the mail gets delayed or the power goes out, which is ironic given our name. But that is just life in Orissa. We know the neighbors on the 3rd Line and they know us. We are just a local fixture in the neighborhood, trying to provide a service without making too much of a fuss about it.
