MAA SORADEVI CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our company, Maa Soradevi Constructions, is based in Berhampur at Baikuntha Nagar. We are at Loknath Panda’s place. Berhampur is a lively city, and Baikuntha Nagar is a good, central area for us. We do construction work across the city and sometimes further out in Ganjam. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a small team of people who know how to handle bricks and mortar. The office is pretty quiet most of the time because we are usually out at the work sites. When we are in, we’re mostly just catching up on bills and checking the schedules. Working in Berhampur means dealing with the coastal humidity, which can be tough on the workers and the drying time for cement. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to get the jobs done properly so we can move on to the next one. People in the neighborhood know us, and a lot of our work comes from just talking to folks we see every day. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping a close eye on the budget. We don't use high-end software; we use notebooks and a lot of phone calls. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been part of the Berhampur community for years, and we just want to keep doing what we do without any extra fluff or corporate nonsense. We just show up every day, deal with whatever problems come up on the site, and keep building until the project is finished.
