Maa Kali Cement Product

Our small operation is located in Chandulli Post, specifically in the Badabandha area of Digapahandi. We are quite close to the Gopi Nath Temple, so you might hear the bells or see the people visiting there while we are working. We spend most of our time making various cement products. It is a messy job, as you can probably guess. There is always sand and cement mix around, and our hands are usually grey by the time lunch rolls around. We do everything right here on-site. The process involves a lot of mixing and pouring into molds, then letting things set out in the open. It depends a lot on the weather; if it rains, we have to move fast to cover everything up. Digapahandi is a quiet enough place, but being near the temple brings a bit of life to the street. We aren’t a big factory or anything like that. It’s just a few of us working together to make sure the cement blocks or whatever else we are making come out okay. We have been in this spot for a while and the people around here know us well. It’s simple work, but it’s what we do every day. Sometimes we get behind if the supplies don't arrive on time, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We don't have a big office, just the yard and the space where we keep the finished products.
