L & T Ecc Ltd.

Located out in Nalabanta, we are part of the Aska area in the Ganjam district. It takes a bit of a drive to get out here in Orissa, but that’s where the work is and we don't mind the trip. This L & T Ecc Ltd. branch mostly stays on top of the local projects and supply deliveries. Our pin code is 761110. Being in a rural spot compared to the big cities means things move a bit slower, which is a nice change. A lot of time is spent talking to the locals and making sure things are moving along at the site. The office itself is pretty basic and can get a little bit dusty during the dry season. A couple of noisy fans keep us cool enough. After the rains, the roads out here get rough, so we have to be careful when moving the trucks. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical place to keep the tools and the project logs. Most of the staff come from the nearby villages and just walk to work. Tea is usually shared in the morning before everyone heads out to their spots. It’s a good group of people, just hardworking and honest folks. Marketing isn't something we do. If people need us, they just ask around in Nalabanta. Finding our gates isn't hard once you get into the village.
