KNP Developers Private Limited is located right on the Kamapalli Main Road in Berhampur. If you know the area, we are directly in front of the Irrigation Colony. The office is at C/o-CH Babu Patro’s place, which is a familiar landmark for a lot of people living around Ganjam. Being on the main road means there is always something happening outside the window. We mostly deal with local development projects and building work in and around Berhampur. It is a family-run kind of atmosphere here. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who know how to handle construction and paperwork. The traffic on Kamapalli road can be a headache sometimes, especially when we are trying to get materials delivered or meet with contractors. Our daily routine involves a lot of site visits and checking on how the walls are going up or if the cement arrived on time. We use simple tools and rely on the local guys who have been working with us for years. The office is pretty basic with some chairs and a table where we look over the site plans. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan running full blast while we sort through the bills.
