Our base is out in Kuananda, specifically in the Khanduru area of Polasara. It is located in the Ganjam district of Odisha. It’s a bit of a different pace out here compared to the big cities, but there is plenty of work to do. We handle construction projects across the local region. The office is a simple building where we manage the logistics of our equipment and the schedules for our workers. It can be quite rural, so we have to be very organized with our supplies. We don’t have a big corporate team here. It’s just us, the people who live and work in this community. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting different sites. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon season, but we stay at it. People in Ganjam know us as the folks who get things built. We don’t spend money on advertising. We just rely on doing a decent job so that word spreads naturally. Our desks are usually covered in site maps and receipts. It’s not a polished environment, but it’s where the real work happens. We like being part of the local landscape. Dealing with local challenges is just part of the everyday grind for us. We keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It is just a regular local business trying to do right by the projects we take on. Things move slower here, but we get there.
