Jena Wholesale & Retail Outlet

We've been running Jena Wholesale & Retail Outlet for a good while now in Bsnl Colony. Our shop is right there in Ambaguda, quite close to the bus stand, so it’s always a bit hectic with people coming and going. We handle both retail and wholesale stuff, which means some days we are selling a single packet of biscuits and other days we are hauling big heavy crates for other shop owners. The space is a bit cramped because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. You’ll see bags and boxes piled up near the entrance most mornings. Being near the bus stand means we get a lot of dusty shoes walking through the door, and I’m forever sweeping the floor, though it doesn't stay clean for long. My brother and I usually take turns at the counter. We don't have any fancy displays or bright neon signs. It’s just a plain shop with wooden shelves that have seen better days. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there in the dark waiting for it to come back on. We know the local people from the colony and we see the travelers who look a bit lost. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, we just want to make sure the shelves are full. It's a simple way to make a living and we've gotten used to the noise of the buses.
