Our office is situated out in Ganjam district, specifically in a place called Talasingi. Sibanandan Panigrahy is the person here managing the daily operations. It is a bit of a distance from the bigger cities in Orissa, but that is where the work takes us. We are right by the post office area, which makes it easy to remember where we are. The pace here is a little slower than what you might find in a big city office, but the work is just as important. We handle the local infrastructure and project needs for this part of the state. It is a simple building, nothing too modern, just a place where we keep our records and meet with the site teams. Being in a small town like Talasingi means everyone knows everyone, so it’s a very local feel. We deal with the logistics of projects happening around the Ganjam area. Some days the internet is a bit slow, or it gets very dusty outside, but we just keep going. It’s an honest way to work, staying close to the actual project sites instead of being in a far-off office. We have our files, a couple of chairs for visitors, and a lot of work to stay on top of throughout the week. It's just us here, making sure things get finished.
