We are set up near the Engineering School Road in Ganjam. It is a good spot in Orissa. The road gets busy with students and local traffic. We have our yard and office right there. You can see the machines parked out front most evenings. We do a lot of the local infrastructure work. It’s a lot of dirt and noise but that’s the job. We have a small team here. Most of us have been in construction for a long time. We know the local terrain well. The weather in Ganjam can be tough, especially the humidity. We just start early to beat the heat. There’s always a lot to do, from checking materials to talking to the foreman. We don't use big words or try to look bigger than we are. We just take on the projects and try to get them done. The office is usually full of maps and site drawings. We have a tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. It’s a simple setup. We are right there on the main road, so it’s easy to find us. If the gates are open, someone is around. We aren't into fancy marketing. We just let the work speak for itself. It’s been our way for years now in this part of Orissa. The workers usually head home around six, but the office stays open a bit later.
