We are a part of the Hindalco Industries branch that connects back to the Hirakud operations. It’s a bit of a distance from the main site, but we handle the local stuff here in this part of Orissa. The office is very basic and honestly a bit cramped when everyone is here at once. We don't have any big signs out front. Most people just know us by word of mouth. It gets quite humid here, and the office can feel a bit stuffy, but we have a job to do. We deal with a lot of local coordination and sometimes travel around the district for work. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just workers or staff from other units dropping by. We keep track of the documents and make sure the communication with the main Orissa office stays open. It is a slow and steady kind of life here. We aren't in any rush, but we make sure the important things are handled before we leave for the day. It’s just how we do things in Haladiapadara.
