Gamma Estates

We share space with Krushna Prasad Sahu, who is an advocate, right near the A.P. Market in Berhampur. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the market is. Gamma Estates has been tucked away here in Ganjam for a while. The office feels a lot like a traditional lawyer’s space—lots of thick books, wooden furniture, and the smell of old paper. We have our own corner where we handle all the estate matters. It’s a busy place because of the legal work happening alongside us. You’ll hear a lot of talk about laws and property rights throughout the day. We don't have modern cubicles or glass partitions. Everything is quite old-fashioned and sturdy. The windows look out toward the market area, so there’s a constant stream of people passing by. We often have to step out to meet someone at the market or check on a nearby site. The humidity in Orissa can be tough, so we have a couple of old ceiling fans that whir constantly. It’s a very local operation. We know the people in the neighboring offices and often share news over a cup of tea. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a reliable place where work gets done among friends and colleagues. We don't worry too much about appearances as long as the work is correct. It's a bit crowded with files, but we know exactly where each document is kept for our neighbors.
