Over here at Astroz Creators Private Limited, we’ve set up shop at Jyoti Nagar Junction in Berhampur. It’s a busy spot, especially being right near the junction. You can always hear the horns and the general bustle of Ganjam from our windows. The office is actually care of Pramila Maharana, which is how we’ve been running things for a bit now. We are a bunch of creators who just like making things happen. There’s no big corporate manual here. We mostly learn as we go and try to help each other out when things get complicated. Berhampur is a place with a lot of energy, and we try to bring a bit of that into our daily routine. Our desks are usually piled high with notes and half-finished ideas. It’s not always organized, but we know where everything is. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or trying to look bigger than we are. We're just local folks working in the creative field, trying to make a living in Orissa. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby and talk about what’s next on the list. 760001 is where we belong, and we're happy to be part of the community here. It’s a lot of work, but having a good group of people makes the long hours go by faster. We just take it one day at a time, keeping our heads down and staying focused on the tasks we have in front of us.
