Aditya Narayan Pharmaceuticals is situated in Aska, which is part of the Ganjam district. Aska is the kind of place where people generally know each other by name. Our office is right in the heart of things. We have been here for quite some time now, and the building has seen a lot of years go by. It is a sturdy old place, even if the wooden stairs creak a little bit when you walk up them in the morning. Being in Ganjam gives us a certain way of doing things. We don't feel the need to rush through the day like they do in the big cities. We take our time to make sure things are handled correctly. Most of the people working here grew up right around Aska, so we have deep roots in the town. The office itself is usually full of papers and files because we still like to keep physical records of most things. It just feels more real that way to us. We have a small tea break every afternoon where we just sit around and talk for a few minutes. It is not a corporate rule or anything like that, just something we have always done. The windows look out over the street, so we can see the weather changing or the local market getting busy. We don't have any fancy brochures to hand out to people. We just tell them who we are and where to find us.
