Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

We are based over at No. 32 Middle Camp, along the Nha-31 in Ranipul. Being a part of Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. means there is a lot of activity here every single day. It’s not like those offices in the big cities where everything is glass and steel. Out here in Ranipul, the air is a bit different and the surroundings are a lot greener with the hills nearby. The facility is mostly about making sure things are produced correctly and packed up for shipping. We wear our uniforms and spend a lot of time on the floor. There’s a constant hum of machinery in the background that you just get used to after working here for a week or two. It’s a lot of routine. We check the labels, check the batches, and make sure the temperatures are right. We have a small canteen where everyone sits together during the breaks to eat and talk. Sometimes the tea is good, sometimes it isn't. The rain can be quite heavy around here, and sometimes it makes the commute a bit of a challenge on the highway. We aren't really a place where customers walk in off the street. It’s more of a production site with specific rules. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the boxes out of the door on time for the trucks. The team here is mostly local people who have been with us for quite a while now. We don't have many meetings, we just follow the schedule.
