Glenmark Pharma

We are located right across from the Government Hospital in Karatagi. It's the building where Raghavendra Dani works, son of Dr Tl Dani. Having the hospital right there makes it a very active spot. We see people coming and going all day long. Glenmark Pharma is where we handle the medicine side of things. It's a practical setup. We don't have time for a lot of decorations or anything like that. The shelves are full and we try to keep things in some kind of order. Sometimes it feels like we are constantly counting boxes. Karatagi is a small enough place where you get to know the faces. We aren't some big city office with glass walls. It's just a regular building on a busy street. The dust from the road comes in if we leave the door open too long. We just focus on getting the supplies ready. It gets quite busy in the mornings when the hospital shifts change. Sometimes we have to double check everything twice because mistakes shouldn't happen with medicine. We drink a lot of tea to stay sharp. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The address is pretty easy to find since everyone knows the hospital. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It feels good to be part of the town's daily life, even if it’s just through moving boxes and checking labels. We stay open pretty late most days.
