Bharat Roy & Co.

We operate out of Halder Para in the Dakshin Dinajpur district. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the big cities, but that’s how we like it. Bharat Roy & Co. has been around for quite some time now. We do a bit of everything when it comes to trading and local supplies. The building we work in is old but sturdy. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign out front. Most people just know where we are because we’ve been here so long. It’s a small operation, mostly just family and a couple of helpers from the village. Our days start early when the sun comes up. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and talking to suppliers. It’s not a fast-paced environment, but we stay busy enough. Sometimes the roads out here get rough, especially during the rains, but we manage to get things delivered. We don't use big words or try to act like a corporate office. We’re just local people helping other local people. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting in the back office with some tea. We value the relationships we’ve built with the farmers and shopkeepers around here. It’s more about trust than anything else. We don’t have any big plans to expand or change things. We just want to keep going as we are, serving the folks in Dakshin Dinajpur as best as we can.
