Shree Sanwaliya Welfare Foundation

We are out in Gram Kheda Daru at Survey Number 5. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the city, but it is nice and quiet out here. Shree Sanwaliya Welfare Foundation is basically just a small group of us working from this spot. We don't have a big fancy sign out front. Mostly people just know us by word of mouth. The village is small, so news travels fast anyway. We do a lot of different things depending on what is needed that day. One day we might be helping someone with paperwork, and the next we are out in the fields. It is hard to pin down exactly what our average day looks like because it changes so much. We like the variety. It keeps us on our toes. The office is simple. Just the basics to get the job done. We don't like wasting money on things we don't need. We would rather spend that on helping the community. It has been a learning process for all of us. None of us were experts when we started. We just learned as we went along. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and keep going. That is just how it is when you are doing something real. We are proud to be part of Gram Kheda Daru. It is a good place with good people. We are just happy to be able to do our part. The weather out here can be tough, especially when it is hot, but we have got some good shade trees. We often sit outside to talk when the office gets too stuffy. It's a real village life here. We wouldn't have it any other way.
