We are tucked away in Mukherjee Nagar here in Sri Ganganagar, right at number 65. It is a busy part of town but our office stays relatively quiet most mornings. We started Magna Educational Consultants because there were so many kids around here looking for direction after school finished. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just some sturdy desks, a few computers that have seen better days, and stacks of folders everywhere. You can usually find one of us sorting through admission forms or helping someone figure out which course actually makes sense for them. Sri Ganganagar gets incredibly hot in the summer months, so our little cooler runs all day long while we talk to parents who come in from the nearby villages. It’s a lot of paperwork and back-and-forth phone calls with universities, but that is just how the work goes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because their neighbor’s son came here last year. We just sit here, drink our tea, and try to make sure the applications get sent off on time. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people heading to the market, but inside it’s just us working through the pile of documents on the table. It’s simple work, really, but it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down over the Rajasthan plains.
