You can find us over at 145, New Dhan Mandi in Sriganganagar. Being in the grain market means our surroundings are always dusty and full of activity. There are trucks constantly moving in and out, and the air is thick with the smell of grain and the outdoors. Hitkaari Foods Private Limited fits right into this environment. Our office is practical and built for work, not for showing off. We have heavy-duty fans to deal with the Rajasthan heat and plenty of space for the samples we have to check. The people working here have grown up around the mandi, so the noise and the chaos don't really bother us anymore. We handle a lot of the bulk food processing and distribution from this spot. It is a lot of physical checking and keeping track of weights and measures. We don't have a marketing person telling us how to look professional; we just wear what is comfortable for the market and get to work.
