Our place is located at Plot Number 5 in Adarsh Colony. It is right across from the Taj Palace on the Hanumangarh Road in Sri Ganganagar. It is a busy road, so there is always something going on outside. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we get all our work done. We handle infrastructure projects from this building. Most days, it’s just the usual mix of phone calls and sorting through files. The Taj Palace across the road is a good way to tell people where to go. We've lived and worked in Sri Ganganagar for a long time, so we know how the weather affects everything here. The heat can be something else in the summer. We have a couple of fans going in the office to keep the air moving. It is a bit noisy, but you get used to it. Our team is small, mostly family and long-time friends. We don't have many meetings; we just talk across the desks when something comes up. It is a lot faster than sending emails all day. We deal with a lot of heavy machinery in our line of work, so there’s always talk about maintenance and schedules. We try to keep our overheads low so we can stay competitive. We don't have any expensive brochures or a big marketing budget. We just work hard and hope for the best.
