Our place is at the P.S. Bhatia Complex, right near the bus stand in Sri Karanpur. It’s care of Jaspreet Singh, who is the son of Ravinder Pal. Sriganga Nagar-335073 is the general area in Rajasthan. Balaji Smart Careers Private Limited is the name we use for our work here. Being near the bus stand means there's always a lot of movement and noise outside. We see a lot of people coming and going all day long. The office itself is quite plain. We’ve got some sturdy wooden desks and a few chairs for visitors. It’s a practical location because it’s easy for people to find us when they get off the bus. We spend a lot of time here, especially during the busier months of the year. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it doesn't bother us much. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit when it's on high, but it keeps the air moving. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who walk in and keeping our records straight. We don't do any big fancy marketing. We just sit here and do our jobs. Rajasthan can get very hot, so we always have a jug of water on the table. It’s a small, local operation and we like it that way. We've been in this complex for a while now and know the neighbors.
