K P L International Ltd is situated in Walkewadi, which is a small area in Dudhad within Tal-Himayat Nagar. It’s a very quiet place compared to the big cities. We have a fairly large space here because we need room for storage and our vehicles. The road leading to our gate is a bit bumpy and can get very muddy when it rains. Most of our work involves moving goods around and keeping track of our inventory. The office is a simple one-story building with a few rooms. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea several times a day. There are usually a few trucks parked in the yard, waiting to be loaded or unloaded. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other well. It’s a very practical environment without any of the fancy stuff you see in city offices. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the numbers match up. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, so we just sit outside and wait for the electricity to come back. It gives us a chance to talk about things other than work. We’ve been out here in Dudhad for a while now and have become a regular part of the landscape. We don't do much marketing or promotion.
